Applications:

6100Mo is the addition of molybdenum to 6100. 6100Mo-O is used for hardfacing components undergoing wear by earth, sand and abrasives. Examples : Gyratory crusher cones and mantles, catalyst pipes and valves, slurry pipes and valve bodies, dredge pump bodies, sand dredge parts, extruder screws, “barmac” crushers, mining and earthmoving equipment, blast furnace bells, brick muller tyres, crusher hammers and rolls, riddle plates, wear plates, drag line components, screw conveyors for cement, cone knives and shredders, etc.

  • Flux-cored wire, also known as powder-cored wire and tubular wire, is divided into two categories: gas-shielded and ungas-shielded, and can also be divided into open arc and submerged arc. The surface of flux-cored wire is the same as that of solid-cored wire, which is made of materials such as mild steel or low alloy steel with good plasticity. The manufacturing method is first rolled into a U-shaped cross-section of the shape of the steel strip, and then the dosage of good welding powder added to the U-shaped steel strip, rolled tightly with a rolling mill, and finally made of different specifications of the flux-cored wire by drawing.
RX® ww 6100Mo-O is a high carbon,ferrochrome flux cored wire that is an open arc wire.
High-chrome-high-carbon hard alloy on iron base with molybdenum additions
    C – Cr – Mo – Fe
6100Mo produces a war-resistant, austenitic, primary carbide-containing weld deposit. It is very resistant to abrasion.
The application temperatures should not exceed 350°C
