First, it evenly distributes hot flue gas entering the mill to form a stable upward circulating airflow, which lifts fine ground mineral powder up to the powder separator for classification. Second, its unique curved baffle structure blocks oversized coarse ore particles and unground bulk materials from flowing out, forcing heavy coarse materials to fall back to the grinding roller area for re-grinding, effectively improving grinding efficiency and reducing finished product waste.
