Application Scenarios This series of hardfaced curved wear liners are extensively applied in heavy-duty industries including mining, cement manufacturing, metallurgy, aggregate crushing, mineral processing and bulk-material handling.
In cement plants, they serve as inner protective liners for rotary kilns, cooling machines, chutes and transition sections, enduring continuous scouring from high-temperature clinker and cement raw meal. For mining and aggregate processing sites, these curved wear bars are fitted inside crushers, ball mills, screening machines, transfer chutes, hoppers and silos to buffer impact and mitigate abrasive wear caused by ore, rock, gravel and crushed stone.
In metallurgical and bulk-material transport systems, the liners are installed on material transfer points, bend sections of chutes and receiving hoppers. When sharp-edged granular materials flow, slide or drop down, the hardfacing surface absorbs friction and impact force and protects the original metal structure of equipment from rapid abrasion damage.
Curved shape design perfectly fits circular-arc equipment inner contours. Instead of splicing multiple flat wear plates, one integrated curved liner achieves better fitting effect, reduces material dead-zones and improves overall wear-protection performance. This product is an ideal wear-solution for equipment parts under combined conditions of particle abrasion, medium-level impact and continuous material scouring.
