    Runxing hardfaced curved wear liner plates are composite wear-resistant components manufactured by advanced hard-facing overlay welding technology. Each piece consists of a mild steel base substrate and a high-hardness hardfacing overlay layer deposited onto the working surface. The base steel provides excellent toughness to resist heavy impact loads and prevent cracking, while the surface hardfacing layer delivers outstanding anti-abrasion performance against granular materials.

    These curved wear bars are pre-machined with precise mounting bolt holes for fast and convenient field installation. The outer surface is finished with anti-rust red primer paint to avoid oxidation and corrosion during storage, sea transportation and onsite stock. All curvature radii, overall dimensions, thickness, hole quantity and hole spacing can be fully customized according to customer drawings or on-site working conditions. We support OEM & ODM service for non-standard sizes. Compared with traditional high-manganese steel and cast wear parts, hardfaced curved liners feature much longer service life under abrasive working conditions, effectively reducing equipment downtime and the frequency of spare-part replacement. The hard-fused metallurgical bonding between overlay layer and base metal ensures the wear-resistant layer will not peel off under normal impact and friction.

    This air ring undertakes two critical core functions during equipment operation. First, it evenly distributes hot flue gas entering the mill to form a stable upward circulating airflow, which lifts fine ground mineral powder up to the powder separator for classification. Second, its unique curved baffle structure blocks oversized coarse ore particles and unground bulk materials from flowing out, forcing heavy coarse materials to fall back to the grinding roller area for re-grinding, effectively improving grinding efficiency and reducing finished product waste.

    A chute is one of the core equipment used for conveying, sorting and transferring bulk materials in industrial production, widely applied in industries such as mining, coal, metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering and power generation. Ordinary chutes rely on the gravity of materials to achieve conveying, featuring simple structure and low operation and maintenance costs. However, during long-term use, they are continuously subjected to impact, friction and cutting by high-hardness bulk materials (such as ore, raw coal and steel slag), making them prone to wear and deformation, thus shortening their service life. Frequent replacement and maintenance not only increase production costs, but also cause production interruptions and affect production efficiency. Wear-resistant chutes are improved equipment developed to address the pain point of insufficient wear resistance of ordinary chutes. By selecting wear-resistant materials, optimizing structural design and adopting special processing technologies, they significantly improve the anti-wear and anti-impact performance of chutes, extend their service life, and have become mainstream equipment in the field of bulk material conveying. By definition, a wear-resistant chute refers to a gravity conveying chute whose overall structure or working surface has excellent anti-wear and anti-impact performance through structural optimization or surface wear-resistant treatment, capable of withstanding scouring and wear by high-velocity, high-hardness bulk materials for a long time.
