Technical Product Description
1. Q235 Carbon Steel Main Body, High Structural Toughness
We use standard Q235 mild steel instead of high manganese steel for the whole housing. Thickened steel plate integrated welding brings strong anti-vibration and impact resistance, effectively avoiding shell deformation and cracking under long-term high-load grinding operation.
2. Inner Wall Full Hardfacing Overlay, Ultra Long Service Life
All internal working surfaces are welded with high chromium carbide hardfacing wire, hardness reaches 58–62 HRC. The hardfacing layer forms metallurgical bonding with Q235 substrate without peeling off, service life is 3–5 times longer than ordinary uncoated mill housing.
3. Heavy Reinforced Welded Structure
All stress-bearing areas add reinforcing rib plates, full penetration submerged arc welding for all seams. Pre-reserved mounting holes, manhole, feeding and discharging openings according to drawing standards, convenient on-site assembly with mill stand.
4. Smooth Inner Hardfacing Surface, Reduce Material Blockage
Uniform automatic hardfacing process ensures flat inner wall, reduce raw material adhesion and flow resistance, lower shutdown frequency caused by material clogging.
5. Full Customization Service
Custom housing diameter, height, wall thickness, hardfacing thickness and reserved hole layout. We can produce vertical roller mill housing matching all mainstream VRM brands and models according to customer drawings.
