1.Q235 Carbon Steel Substrate, Good Overall Toughness Adopt standard Q235 mild steel as base material instead of high manganese steel. It features strong shock absorption, anti-vibration performance and low cracking risk under long-term material impact, guaranteeing the structural stability of the whole pipe body.
2.Metallurgically Bonded High Chromium Carbide Hardfacing Layer Inner wall surfacing with high chromium carbide hardfacing wire, the overlay and base pipe form metallurgical combination without peeling or falling off. The hardfacing layer hardness is 58-62 HRC, service life is 3-5 times longer than ordinary seamless steel pipe.
3.Uniform Smooth Inner Flow Channel Continuous automatic hardfacing process ensures uniform thickness of wear layer, smooth inner surface, reduces material blockage and pipeline flow resistance, effectively lowering pump energy consumption.
4.Strong Customization & Easy Installation Support customized pipe diameter, length, overlay thickness, flange and elbow integrated forming. Q235 base can be directly cut, welded and flanged on site, convenient for pipeline reconstruction and replacement.
5.High Temperature & Weak Corrosion Resistance Stable performance under working temperature below 600℃, resist abrasion of clinker, ore slurry, coal ash and other abrasive media, adapt to complex industrial conveying conditions.
