Q235 Carbon Steel Base Material
We adopt standard national Q235 mild carbon steel instead of high manganese steel. Q235 features excellent ductility, strong anti-vibration performance and low structural cracking risk. It can bear long-term alternating vibration during ball mill operation, solving the brittle fracture defect of high manganese steel under frequent impact. Meanwhile, Q235 raw material cost is stable with reliable supply.
Inner Wall Alloy Hardfacing Overlay
The inner contact surface is overlaid with high chromium carbide hardfacing wire via automatic submerged hardfacing. The hardfacing layer thickness ranges from 3-6mm. The overlay layer is tightly bonded with Q235 substrate without peeling. It resists strong abrasive wear caused by ore, clinker and steel ball scouring, extending service life by 4 times compared with ordinary bare Q235 screen.
CNC Laser Perforated Holes (Core Process Revision)
Distinguished from traditional mechanical CNC punching, we use integrated CNC laser perforation process. No mechanical impact extrusion on Q235 plate, no inner micro-crack deformation. Hole edge is oxidation-polished with zero burr, uniform hole roundness. Avoid material clogging and hole edge premature wear. Suitable for thick Q235 steel plate perforation after secondary hardfacing.
Reinforced Integral Welding Structure
Reinforced circular rib plates are welded inside and outside the cone body. All welding seams adopt full penetration argon arc welding. Standard integral flange with unified bolt hole spacing, ensuring seamless installation matching with original ball mill equipment.
Flexible Customization
Support customized cone taper, hole diameter, hole spacing, hardfacing thickness and flange size. We can produce according to customer 2D/3D drawings without MOQ limit.
