Our heavy-duty large vertical mill air ring is a core wear-resistant component specially designed for industrial vertical roller mills applied in mining, cement, limestone, coal and slag grinding production lines. Fabricated with thickened high-strength carbon steel plates and reinforced rib support structure as shown in the picture, this arc-shaped air ring boasts outstanding structural stability and strong deformation resistance under long-term high-temperature working conditions inside the mill.

This air ring undertakes two critical core functions during equipment operation. First, it evenly distributes hot flue gas entering the mill to form a stable upward circulating airflow, which lifts fine ground mineral powder up to the powder separator for classification. Second, its unique curved baffle structure blocks oversized coarse ore particles and unground bulk materials from flowing out, forcing heavy coarse materials to fall back to the grinding roller area for re-grinding, effectively improving grinding efficiency and reducing finished product waste.
