Product Advantages
1. Q235 Carbon Steel Base, Strong Structural Toughness
We use standard Q235 mild steel instead of high manganese steel for bucket main body. It owns outstanding toughness to resist huge impact during digging and rock loading, effectively avoid bucket body cracking or deformation under heavy load.
2. Grid Pattern Inner Hardfacing Overlay, Super Long Service Life
The whole inner working surface is welded with high chromium carbide hardfacing wire to form uniform grid wear layer, hardness up to 58-62 HRC. It greatly resists abrasion from ore, rock and gravel, service life is 3~5 times longer than ordinary smooth bucket. The grid structure also forms material self-lining to reduce direct friction.
3. Matched High Hardness Wear Bucket Teeth
Support complete set wear-resistant bucket teeth assembly. The teeth are forged with wear alloy, easy to replace after abrasion, protect bucket front edge from direct rock impact, lower overall maintenance cost.
4. Integral Reinforced Welding Structure
All stress-bearing positions are added with thick reinforcing plates, full penetration welding for all seams. Lifting lugs and side guards are thickened, suitable for heavy-duty continuous mining operation.
5. Fully Customized Design
Custom bucket capacity, width, depth, hardfacing thickness, tooth quantity and installation hole size. We can produce according to excavator model drawings for all brands.
