Product Introduction
Runxing customized CCO wear resistant hardfacing plate is specially designed as replacement spare parts for all models of Smith vertical roller mills, including grinding table liner, roller shell protective plate, air guide cone liner, chute liner and other wear components.
Manufactured by fully automatic submerged arc hardfacing welding technology, high chromium carbide alloy overlay is metallurgically bonded on low carbon steel base plate, no delamination, no crack, smooth overlay surface.
Our Smith mill wear plates can be customized in any size, thickness and shape according to original equipment drawings, supporting cutting, bending, drilling, bolt hole processing to fit Smith vertical mill installation perfectly.
