Wear-resistant plate, also known as: composite wear-resistant steel plate, surfacing composite wear-resistant plate, bimetallic composite steel plate, chromium carbide surfacing wear-resistant plate, etc., is formed by ordinary steel plate ,heat-resistant steel plate, or stainless steel plate with alloy wear-resistant layer, the main composition of the wear-resistant layer of high-carbon, high-chromium alloy. According to different application conditions, wear-resistant plate also differs with elements like Mo, W, V, B, Nb, Ti and other alloying elements, which can achieve resistance to ambient temperature, high temperature, strong impact, medium impact, low stress impact and high wear resistance. Wear-resistant plate could be applied in process such as reeling, welding, plasma cutting and mechanical joining.
RXwp7600 wear-resistant plate is produced by using our own high wear-resistant welding consumables RXww6160 and RXww6260. The overlay on RXwp7600 composite wear plates is produced on automatic welding machines, using a special metal arc welding process. Its wear-resistant layer consists of elements such as carbon and chromium, carbide composition is relatively moderate, wear resistance is relatively low. RXwp7600 is kind of bimetallic chromium carbide surfacing wear-resistant steel plate suitable for fittings and positions that are seriously abraded. Its performance is better than RXwp7500.
