FCAW Chromium Carbide Hardfacing Wire is gas-shielded flux cored welding consumable designed for severe abrasive wear working conditions. The overlay forms dense M₇C₃ chromium carbide microstructure with hardness 58–62 HRC, delivering outstanding anti-abrasion performance under low-to-medium impact. Stable arc, smooth bead appearance and high deposition rate improve on-site efficiency. Widely used to manufacture chromium carbide wear plates and repair mining, cement, metallurgy equipment prone to sand, ore and slurry erosion. Compatible with standard FCAW welding machines.
