Runxing Chromium Carbide Overlay (CCO) Wear Resistant Composite Plate is our flagship industrial wear protection product, manufactured with advanced automatic submerged arc hardfacing welding technology. A high-density high-chromium carbide alloy layer is metallurgically fused onto the surface of high-quality Q235/Q345 carbon steel base plate, forming a durable bimetallic structure.
With a carbide volume fraction of ≥50% and a surface hardness reaching HRC58-65, our CCO wear plate delivers 5 to 20 times longer wear service life than ordinary manganese steel plates. The product supports deep processing including cutting, bending, drilling and custom forming, and is compatible with both bolt fixing and welding installation methods.
It is widely used as the core wear protection solution for vertical mill liners, electric shovel bucket liners, transfer chute liners, silo linings and other heavy-duty equipment in mining, cement building materials, steel metallurgy, thermal power generation, port bulk material conveying and other industries.
